New studio, in the heart of the salt marshes a few hundred yards from the golf of Oléron and the beach. 5 minutes from Boyardville, its restaurants, its shops.

Studio on the ground floor of approximately 40 sqm including 12 sqm on the mezzanine. The studio has a large terrace of more than 20 m² overlooking a wild park of sand and forest of 6 ha.

Non-smoking apartment. Possible option: bed linen and breakfast at extra cost.
The space
On the ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and living room with a double sofa bed.

Exit to a private terrace of more than 20m².

On the mezzanine (maximum height 179cm) two independent beds which can be pushed together to make a double bed.

During your stay we are able to offer you the following services:

Household linen:
- Single bed (s) (1 pillowcases + 1 duvet cover + 1 fitted sheet): 11 € / bed
- Double bed (2 pillowcases + 1 duvet cover + fitted sheet 220 * 240): 22 € / bed

Cleaning: regular cleaning during your stay can be offered at a rate of 30 € / hour (end of stay cleaning already included in our service remains compulsory).

Breakfast: served in the dining room between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. (on order the day before before 12 p.m.) at a rate of 21 € / person.

logement idéal pour des vacances au calme en août

La propriété est très bien située dans l'ile, elle est idéale pour ceux qui recherchent un endroit calme, loin de la foule. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines au mois d'août 2022. Elle est à 2 minutes en voiture de Boyardville et de ses grandes plages. Aucun problème de stationnement, il y a plein de place et proche des logements, vraiment très pratique au quotidien. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la très grande disponibilité de Delphine dès notre arrivée, et sa réactivité à nos demandes tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons occupé le dernier appartement situé à l'arrière et tout au bout du bâtiment. Il est un peu plus petit que les autres logements de la résidence, mais il a l'avantage d'avoir une très grande terrasse en angle avec 2 expositions, sans passage, sans vis à vis et entouré de végétation, idéal pour y passer de longues soirées au calme. Elle dispose d'une table extérieure et de chaises longues. A l'intérieur rien a redire au niveau de la propreté du logement du fait qu'il venait d'être rénové, tout était neuf. Avec ses 30m² et sa mezzanine il est très bien agencé et convient parfaitement pour 2/3 personnes. A noter que le réseau tél. est faible, mais en compensation il y a la Wifi

Séjour très agréable

Location tout à fait conforme à la description. Malgré la promiscuité et la fréquentation logement très calme. Nous avons été très bien reçus par Delphine. Situation géographique parfaite pour avoir accès à toutes les activités que nous propose l'île. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

tres mitige voir infra

tres bon accueil mais qd meme deception : les photos nous laissent imaginer etre les seuls locataires ( Il serait souhaitable de preciser qu'il existe d'autres logements mitoyens peut etre (7 voir plus ) Herureusement nous etions deux locataires pour cette periodes . En été cela doit rassembler bcp de monde avec sans doute beaucoup de promiscuite que les clautras ne pourront attenuer. Sinon l'esthetique interieure etait tres bien . Derniere remarque: le couchage dans le canapé est vraiment trop juste ( grincements meme pour deux petits poids) voir inconfortable pour un produit semblant neuf Au total tres bon accueuil , lieu sympathique à condition d'etre peu de locataires , appart sympa (sauf le couchage du canape ) bien cordialement
