A gem

Lovely very comfortable excellently equipped house -ideal base from where to explore Oleron. Short walk to super boulangerie. Beautiful garden in which to relax. Highly recommended.

Super maison pour découvrir l’île d’Oléron, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Il ne manque rien et l’emplacement est idéal pour explorer l’île. Le port de La Cotinière, avec ses restaurants et commerces, est à seulement dix minutes à pied. Location de vélos (le moyen de transport préféré sur l’île) juste en face. Communication avec Patrice simple et sans problème. En bref, c’est la maison la mieux aménagée que nous ayons jamais trouvée sur Abritel, rénovée avec beaucoup de sens pratique et un très bon goût pour la décoration. Terrasse et jardin également très appréciés. À recommander sans réserve.

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour sur l’île et ce logement d’exception y est pour beaucoup: emplacement idéal, à la fois au calme et proche de tout (la mer à deux minutes, le centre ville au bout de la rue, et le loueur de vélos juste en face, quoi demander de plus ?!) La maison est parfaitement équipée et soignée, rien n’a été oublié. L’intérieur comme l’extérieur est décoré avec goût et c’est très appréciable, même mieux qu’à la maison ! On s’y sent bien et on a plus envie de repartir, un vrai coup de cœur !! Merci à Marielle pour l’accueil chaleureux et toutes ses petites attentions. À l’année prochaine avec grand plaisir Patrice ;)

Merveilleuse semaine dans la très très jolie maison de Patrice. Encore mille fois mieux que sur les photos, tout était super dès notre arrivée, formidable accueil avec des petites attentions pour les enfants et parents, une superbe maison très joliment décorée avec beaucoup de goût et surtout ultra bien équipée.Un superbe jardin au calme et une belle grande terrasse idéale pour y prendre son petit déjeuner, déjeuner, dîner ou même pour une petite sieste au calme.On recommande à 100% ce petit paradis à seulement 3 min d une jolie plage et à quelques minutes du joli village de la cotonnière et de son port qui offre tous les jours des multitudes de poissons et crustacés pêchés le matin.On reviendra c est certain ;)Merci à Patrice et sa si gentille voisine

Perfektes Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es war super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert, mit einem tollen Farbkonzept und einer Einrichtung, bei der man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Die Ausstattung war perfekt – besonders in der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles, was man zum Kochen braucht, war vorhanden.Der Garten ist ein Traum – ruhig, gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Auch Fahrräder und das Auto konnten sicher und praktisch abgestellt werden, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war.Die Lage ist ebenfalls top: In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Einkaufsstraße – super praktisch!Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Patrice für die tolle Kommunikation, die sogar auf Deutsch problemlos möglich war.Fazit: Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles gepflegt,sehr sauber und liebevoll maritim eingerichtet. Wir haben den großen Garten, der auch Schattenplätze bietet, gerne genutzt.Hafen und Geschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen.

Superbes vacances !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 2 ans et demi et 5 ans et demi). Maison conforme aux photos, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très bien équipée, on s'y sent vraiment très bien! Sans oublier le jardin très agréable. La situation est idéale, plage et port de la Cotinière (avec ses commerçants, restaurants...) à pied (même avec enfants en bas âge). Vraiment au top ! Relation avec le propriétaire très bien et accueil par la voisine Marielle très agréable avec de nombreuses attention pour notre arrivée (boissons pour petits et grands). Vraiment un magnifique séjour ! Merci !Allez-y les yeux fermés !s'y sent vraiment très bien !

Highly recommended!

A lovely and comfortable house, very nice decorated and well. Perfectly situated within walking distance to the center and just around the corner of the ocean. Private parking space, bike rental across the street. The contact with the owner and neighbor (for check in) was very pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

Great, well-equipped house with a beautiful garden

After contacting and meeting the nicest of hosts, we spent a great time in this wonderful house and garden. The ocean is a two-minute walk away and the beautiful center and harbour of La Cotininière is also very close. Thank you for the good time you made possible!

De très bonnes vacances en perspective

Superbe séjour sur l'ile d'Oléron. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée avec en plus une décoration soignée. Le village de la Cotinière est bien achalandé, nous avons fait une cure de poissons et crustacés ! Les villages alentours sont charmants avec de belles plages.

Jolie maison qui est très bien située, il y a pas mal des restaurants et des commerces dans le village, pourtant ses environs immédiats restent calmes. Tout est parfait

Maison très confortable, magnifiquement aménagée et parfaitement entretenue. La cuisine est très bien équipée, la pièce à vivre est lumineuse. Le jardin clos est charmant avec un abri idéal pour les vélos. Emplacement calme bien qu'à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre de La Cotinière et 3 minutes de la plage. Enfin, le contact avec le propriétaire, et l'accueil par Marielle sont excellents. A recommander sans réserve.

Location excellente et bien située. Il n'y manque rien et est très bien agencée . Accueil très chaleureux par Marielle. Patrice vraiment à l'écoute pour un petit souci qui a vraiment été vite résolu. Location a recommander car rare sur le marché. Merci . Claude.
