Très belle maison, agréable à vivre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une sdb pour chacune. La pièce de vie est grande et bien équipée. La mer est proche. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire disponible. A recommander

Bien installés, on se sent facilement chez soi!

Spacieuse, la maison est lumineuse et facile à vivre pour disons 3 couples et éventuellement 2 enfants. À 5-6, c’est le luxe de l’espace. Plage à proximité mais pas la plus praticable de l’île car rocheuse mais belles anses sableuses à 10 mn en voiture - grand calme ! On valide !

Belle semaine à La Menounière

La Menounière est un joli village sur l'ile d'Oleron, typique, calme. La maison, très confortable, est un ancien chais très bien rénové, avec beaucoup de cachet . La pièce à vivre, très grande, est très belle : hauteur sous plafond, grandes baies vitrées, salon confortable, grande table pour les repas, cuisine très fonctionnelle. Accès direct sur 2 espaces extérieurs joliment aménagés. Les chambres sont également confortables. Contacts et accueil parfaits, propriétaires très sympathiques. Destination et location vivement recommandées.
