Globalement agrĂ©able mais:L’autre logement avec lequel le jardin est partagĂ© est mitoyen (c’est une maison coupĂ©e en 3 logements bien que le 3eme logement n’accĂšde pas Ă  la piscine). L’insonorisation est moyenne et si vous voulez profiter du cĂŽtĂ© agrĂ©able du jardin, vous ĂȘtes juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la table des voisins. Le jardin sur le cĂŽtĂ© de la maison pourrait ĂȘtre dĂ©diĂ© Ă  un logement pour offrir plus d’intimitĂ© Ă  chacun mais Ă  ce jour il dispose juste d’une pseudo terrasse pas entretenue ni qualitative Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de laquelle sont stockĂ©es des planches et des ardoises. Cela dĂ©note avec le reste et avec le niveau de prestation mis en avant.La piscine et le reste du jardin sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables bien qu’à ce niveau de prix, nous aurions apprĂ©ciĂ© que la derniĂšre latte de terrasse soit fixĂ©e et non mise Ă  la verticale contre le mur.Tout le mobilier de jardin et la terrasse Ă©taient sales Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Excuse avancĂ©e: « on y peut rien, c’est Ă  cause des goĂ©lands ». Nous avons donc tout nettoyĂ© et n’avons pas eu besoin de le refaire pendant le sĂ©jour
un effort lĂ -dessus serait apprĂ©ciable. L’ajout de quelques fauteuils au rez-de-chaussĂ©e serait une piste pour amĂ©liorer la convivialitĂ© de l’espace de vie intĂ©rieur.Les points positifs sont nombreux: dĂ©coration soignĂ©e, emplacement Ă  la fois calme et juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du cƓur de ville, cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, place de parking, belle vue sur l’église depuis le jardin, piscine chauffĂ©e et mobilier extĂ©rieur confortable.

Séjour agréable

Maison dĂ©corĂ©e avec goĂ»t, idĂ©ale pour des vacances en famille. La piscine avec jardin est un plus. SituĂ©e au cƓur de la ville, sous le clocher de l'Ă©glise, Ă  proximitĂ© des restaurants, magasins, etc.... Une maison qui a de l'histoire. Accueil chaleureux de Fanny et Christophe. Le propriĂ©taire Christophe est disponible pour les remarques. Bref, un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able !

La maison est magnifique et idéalement située à quelques pas des rues commerçantes et du marché. Pour autant il y rÚgne un calme apaisant. Fanny, Christophe et toute sa famille sont trÚs sympathiques et trÚs disponibles, encore merci à eux.

Un séjour merveilleux

La maison est trĂšs chaleureuse, dĂ©corĂ©e avec beaucoup de goĂ»t et si bien Ă©quipĂ©e (il ne manque absolument rien !!) Le jardin aussi est fabuleux ! Un petit havre de paix pourtant situĂ© en plein coeur de Saint Pierre. Merci Christophe pour votre grande gentillesse et de vous ĂȘtre demenĂ© pour nous fournir le matĂ©riel pour 2 bĂ©bĂ©s !! Very pleasant stay in St. Pierre

Beautiful and very quiet home to stay located in the island center. Very much space for a family of 4 or even 6-8, modern equipment, everything very clean. Fantastic garden with pool back to the church of St. Pierre including chorals in the evening hours ... Plenty of shops and restaurants to be reached by foot in less than two minutes. Car is needed to get to the beaches. Merci beaucop Fanny and Christoph for everything !
