Pied à terre idéal

Le logement de Roumana et Dominique est tres bien situĂ©. Proche de la plage, des restaurants, commerces (0-15min a pied) sans ĂȘtres situĂ© en pleine ville avec ces nuisances. Le logement est quant Ă  la lui grand et res fonctionnel. Les hĂŽtes sont trĂ©s sympathiques et disponibles. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.

Magnifique sĂ©jour de presque 1 mois chez Roumana et Dominique, hĂŽtes attentifs et prĂ©venants. La location est trĂšs agrĂ©able, lumineuse, fonctionnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e mĂȘme pour un long sĂ©jour. Terre Sainte permet entre autres un accĂšs Ă  pieds aux restaurants et Ă  la plage de Saint -Pierre

7 Tage La Reunion

Die Fewo ist gut ausgestattet und liegt recht zentral in ZentrumsnĂ€he. Das GebĂ€ude hat 3 Wohnungen. Allerdings hatte unsere Fewo keinen Stadt / Meerblick, denn sie ist auf der RĂŒckseite des GebĂ€udes. Leider gibt es keinen Außengrill. Da die Fewo an einer schmalen Einbahnstraße liegt sollte es recht ruhig sein, doch die direkte Nachbarschaft ist teilweise auch bis in die spĂ€ten Abendsunden sehr laut (Feierlichkeiten mit sehr lauter Musik) und ein Nachbar an der Poolseite hat seinen Enten, GĂ€nse und HĂŒhnerstall direkt an der Grenze so dass es am Pool bei entsprechendem Wind und der WĂ€rme zu einem straken Stall/ Kotgeruch fĂŒhrt.

Un appartement confortable

Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour dans l'appartement que nous avions louĂ©. SituĂ© Ă  15-20mn Ă  pied du front de mer, il est propre, bien meublĂ© (avec goĂ»t, d'ailleurs) avec de la jolie vaisselle (en abondance) et la literie est bonne. Un petit regret, il est orientĂ© sud-est et avec les arbres autour il ne voit pas beaucoup le soleil. Pendant l'Ă©tĂ© austral, comme nous l'a dit la propriĂ©taire, c'est certainement un avantage (par rapport aux deux autres qui sont Ă  l'ouest et sans arbre) mais pendant l'hiver austral (oĂč il ne fait que 23-24°), c'est moins bien! Un autre bĂ©mol, nous ne sommes pas fan de musique boum-boum plein pĂŽt (nous sommes retraitĂ©s) mais nous avons dĂ» la supporter deux aprĂšs midi (sur huit jours) de la part des voisins. Heureusement, on n'Ă©tait pas venu Ă  la RĂ©union pour rester Ă  l'appartement Ă  longueur de journĂ©e et les nuisances s'arrĂȘtent au coucher du soleil (18h). Les propriĂ©taires sont conscients de ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment et tentent d'y pallier avec les voisins.

Appartement propre, trÚs bien équipé et bien situé sur Saint Pierre. Les propriétaires ainsi que leur fils sont facilement joignables et trÚs arrangeants.Idéal pour passer quelques jours en famille au sud de l'ßle.
