The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Pierre, this charming apartment with sea view and waterfront location, of a surface of 56 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the second floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 16 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom with Italian shower. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Day space:
- A living room of 16 m² with TV, a double sofa bed and a sitting area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
Night area :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) with an adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A terrace of about 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Pierre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
- The nautical base of Saint Pierre offers many activities (Canoeing, kayaking, rowing, sailing...)
- The zoo of Carbet
- The garden of Balata and the Domaine d'Emeraude in Morne Rouge
- Numerous hikes from St Pierre and its surroundings
