Located on the isthmus of Penthièvre at the entrance to the Quiberon peninsula, Villa Capala, carefully decorated, will delight holidaymakers with its comfort, its enclosed garden with jacuzzi and its proximity to the beaches.

In 2 minutes on foot, you have the choice between the beach on the Bay of Quiberon side for "classic" beach activities and the beach on the Ocean side more suitable for surfing and kite-surfing fans.

Whatever their preferences, young and old will find the ideal house here for a fun and relaxing stay.



This holiday home, surrounded by a garden, is made up on the ground floor of a living room including the living-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms (140 cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet.

Its charming asset is its large veranda, both a dining room and a real second living room of the house, which opens onto the terrace and the garden.

Upstairs, a leisure area ideal for children, as well as a bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can be combined into a double bed.

The garden is enclosed, private, not overlooked, and allows you to enjoy life in the great outdoors, for barbecue evenings.

A jacuzzi is the perfect way to relax after a day on the water.

Très belle maison à proximité d’une superbe plage peu fréquentée (vagues)

Belle prestation, maison propre bien entretenue décorée avec soin. Proximité directe moins de 5 min de la plage. Bonne localisation par rapport aux sites touristiques. En revanche une seule salle de bain et un seul wc, un peu justes pour une famille de 6. Maison aussi située entre route très passante et voie de chemin de fer, donc assez bruyant. Rapport qualité prix un peu chère.
