Architect's house next to the beach, Villa YIN is equipped with all modern comforts: each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom (with toilet) and a Queensize bed you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious living room, with a large connected TV flat screen (Netflix possible), southern exposure, design decoration, nature and wood, free parking and wifi, Nespresso) this atypical contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquility... and private access to the Bay of Quiberon!

Far from the road, the environment of this designer villa is quiet, residential and wooded.

Departing from the Villa, the preserved site of the Quiberon peninsula, with its magnificent nature and its mythical body of water, is available to you whatever the season: the isthmus of Penthièvre and its endless beaches, the small port of Portivy with its mythical sunsets and its good restaurants, the wild coast, the Arche Port Blanc etc.
