Villa with incredible ocean views

Located in Penthièvre, entering to the Quiberon peninsula, this charming house with direct access to the beach will delight you with its exceptional ocean views, comfort and peace and quiet.

Bright and friendly, it's the ideal base for a memorable family holiday and a great way to discover the region. Ideal for kitesurfing enthusiasts.



Set in an enclosed garden, the first floor comprises a large room with a sea view, including a living room with a wood-burning stove, a glazed dining room, a fully-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto an outside terrace on the first floor, a hallway and a separate toilet.



The second level comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. On the top floor, three bedrooms and a shower room with WC complete the layout of the house.



On the garden level, the house has a utility room with shower.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden to the rear of the house and two wooden terraces. The first is on the east side of the garden, and the second is on the sea side and faces due west, providing a natural extension to the living room in summer.

Parking is available in front of the house or inside the property.

The property is part of a residential area facing the ocean, free from any communal buildings.



Car recommended.

The town of Saint Pierre Quiberon and its shops are a 5-minute drive away.

The Penthièvre station is a 5-minute walk away, providing a link to the Tire-Bouchon summer train service between Auray and Quiberon.

Bus BreizhGo line 1 - stop Penthièvre avenue de Saint Malo.

New Years House

Perfect atmosphere in a big house with everything you need. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace. A bit windy, so the noise was strong in the night and a bit of water came in through some windows, but that did not reduce our great stay. A big thank you, absolutely a big recommendation.
