Splendid views from Villa M

A wonderful week enjoying the sunsets and stunning views out to sea, over the bay, and across the hills. So lovely to have a choice of outdoor seating areas with plenty of sun loungers, good sized pool and smart sun shades. Lots to do nearby but mostly we didn’t want to leave the peace and tranquillity of the villa. Convenient local shops and good exercise biking back up the hill! The sea breeze on several days was welcome. The fans in the rooms were adequate though some might prefer air con.

fabulous would have been 5 stars if there was air conditioning.

There was 10 in our party, made up of 2 x families. Our first impressions of the accommodation was ‘WOW’. This didn’t change throughout our stay. The villa has been renovated to incorporate an open plan and communal environment. The panoramic views / sunsets were spectacular morning, noon & night. The weather was amazing so we lived outside and around the pool most of the time. The only thing the villa missed was air conditioning and no fans. We apparently stayed during a freak weather week when there was no wind coming off the sea which meant the air just didn’t circulate at night making it difficult to sleep in the heat. I believe air conditioning is due to me fitted. The owner of the property was friendly and prompted with his communication on every occasion.

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub, insbesondere der Blick von allen Seiten des Hauses auf das Meer ist phänomenal. Das Haus hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viele Möglichkeiten drinnen und draußen zu essen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Aussicht

Wir hatten das Objekt für mehrere Wochen gebucht. Das Haus war sauber, hat eine super Lage. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die traumhafte Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Tres belles maison, vue magnifique!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la villa située sur une colline à Agay. La vue sur la mer est impressionnante, la propriété est baignée par le soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher. La description sur le site ne suffit pas pour transmettre l’ambiance, la beauté et le calme. Même s’il y a des maisons autour, l’agencement est tel qu’on se croit seuls. Il y a plusieurs coins où on peut s’installer à l’extérieur, les transats autour de la piscine (système de nettoyage continu de l’eau, aucun goût de chlore, et bien sûr contrôle régulier du fonctionnement par le responsable), une table basse ici, une grande table pour manger par là. Les parasols ne manquent pas non plus, ainsi qu’une tente télécommandée en façade. Les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions, huit personnes ont bien pu s’organiser. À l’intérieur salon et coin TV avec grand écran, grande table à dîner, à l’étage coin lecture et j’en passe. La cuisine très bien équipée, avec frigo double, lave vaisselle, cuisinière avec four, microondes, cafetière à filtre, autre à capsules, tout en état impeccable. Les salles d’eau de bonnes dimensions également. Pour faire court, tout est prévu de manière à ce qu’on se sente chez soi, une maison idéale pour se reposer et passer de très belles vacances!
