Soak up the glamour of the Côte d’Azur in this stylish, contemporary apartment just 5 minutes from the beach! On the 2nd floor (with lift) of a modern residence, the apartment sleeps 4 people and makes an ideal base for exploring the coast from St Tropez to Cannes and beyond.
The spacious apartment is in a quiet area of St Raphael and has a private balcony, with a BBQ, table and chairs so guests can dine al fresco and enjoy their sunny surroundings. Inside, the owners have taken every care that their guests will have a comfortable stay. The airy, open-plan sitting room has 2 sofas, a large flat-screen TV and a separate dining area. All tastefully decorated with a combination of modern and antique furniture.
The immaculate fitted kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer. There is also another dining table and chairs for quick snacks. A glass door leads out onto the balcony.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. It has an en suite bathroom.

Just 15 minutes from the coast, in a quiet area, this apartment enjoys a sunny position and good access to everything St Raphael has to offer.
The town centre is just a 5-minute drive. It is best known for its famous port and cultural events. There are regular ferries from the port to the exclusive town of St Tropez (1 hour voyage) or you can explore the islands off the coast including Ile de Porquerolles and Ile Sainte-Marguerite which make great day trips. Les Bateaux Bleus depart from the Quai Amiral Nomy (7 minutes).
Back on land, there is plenty for visitors to enjoy in the town. It is known for its beaches, which vary from rocky coves such as the Plage du Fournas (10 minutes) to Fréjus Plage (5 minutes), a long stretch of sandy beach with umbrellas and loungers for rent. The seafront promenade is packed with cafés and restaurants and it is a short walk to the Vieux Port.
Self-catering in St Raphael is a pleasure as there are 2 daily markets (mornings only) where you can find the best local ingredients. Marché Victor Hugo (5 minutes) and the market in Place de la République (4 minutes). There is also a fish market in the Old Port every morning. Alternatively, there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes of the apartment.
Nice airport is 45 minutes to the east and Marseilles airport is 1 hour 35 minutes to the west. If you are arriving by train Saint-Raphael station is a 5-minute taxi ride from the property.
