## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor without elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed, one of which has a small balcony;
- two bathrooms;
- an open and fully equipped kitchen
- a dining area ;
- and a living room area with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate the furnished terrace with a magnificent view of the sea where you can enjoy your aperitifs in peace and quiet!

## Emplacement
Once a fishing village, Saint-Raphaël is now a sports and cultural town and a seaside resort popular with tourists. The city extends over 36 kilometers of coastline and offers thirty beaches of fine sand or pebbles, from the city center to the borders of the Alpes-Maritimes.
