Contemporary villa, exceptional sea and Esterel view

The villa is located in a secure private estate very quiet and sheltered from the wind; facing south, it dominates the Bay of Agay and is on the edge of the Esterel Park with breathtaking views.

From the front door, before even getting inside the house, you already see the Mediterranean! you are in Agay, you are home.

You walk through the house, all in volumes, go to open windows and find yourself in front of the large mirror pool; and there, you do not know where to look! before you, Agay Bay, on your left is the nearby Esterel overlooking the house; it is difficult to say what is more beautiful, but it gives a deep sense of serenity and relaxation.

The garden is large and nicely raised with a lounge by the pool, a shaded terrace with plancha and sea and Esterel view for your meals, and a large area in a quiet for reading, sunbathing or napping.

The views from inside are just as magical as the house is all in windows, each of which has been designed to offer you a different view.

The house has a large 70m2 living space including a living room with TV, a dining room and a double well equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine (thank you to bring your capsules).

It includes a master bedroom overlooking the bay with Italian shower, full foot bath, toilet and dressing room and four other rooms overlooking the garden or the Esterel, 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

3 rooms have a TV and air conditioning completely silent. The entire house is heated or cooled by the ground.

Finally, our gym, including bike, elliptical and rowing machine is at your disposal

Perfect Stay

From my very first email with Christine to my last day at the property, the experience was about as perfect as can be. The house is a dream: gorgeously designed, breathtakingly situated overlooking the sea, and filled with first rate furnishings. The pool is stunning: long enough to swim laps, but also set perfectly to just float in the quiet and stare at the sea. And those Esterel mountains are mesmerizing. The hosts — Christine and Phillipe — are warm, responsive and helpful. The property manager, Gabrielle, was a dream. She was available 24/7 by text or stopping by. Like the hosts, she was friendly, enthusiastic and solved every issue quickly. The town of Agay (new to me) is a little gem. We found quiet coves to swim in every morning within 10 minutes drive of the house. The town merchants were friendly, and a good selection of restaurants, bakeries, gelato, pharmacy, etc. I would come back here in a heartbeat! With warm thanks to Christine, Phillipe and Gabrielle for a dream stay.

A perfect villa with an amazing view

3 couples and 3 children and we all loved the villa. The main area provided us with a lovely socialising, dining and chilling area and all the bedrooms were nice and gave us the space we needed. The outside area was perfect with room for everyone, sun and shade and a lovely pool and amazing views. We had everything we needed and loved every minute of our stay.

New house with nice view

The house is in very good condition with an open plan and nice view from kitchen and living room. Kitchen is very well equipped with high standard of whitegoods. 3 out of 5 bedrooms has direct A/C. Bathrooms are in good or excellent condition. Unfortunately the pool maintanance person was there our last day, so that was the only day we saw the pool in its full potential. Gabrielle made the check-in process very easy with her good knowledge of English, and owner was very nice and wellcoming. Thank you for a nice week.

Fantastic villa in a wonderful location

We had a brilliant stay here and enjoyed every minute . The villa is well located with an amazing view. The facilities in the villa were great and everything worked well. We really enjoyed the pool. The check in and out process worked seamlessly everything was in great order. This villa is as good as it looks in the photos and thank you .

We had a good time here. A spacious house with a big pool, and a very pretty view over Agay bay.

The house is very nice and spacious with a good house plan. Big kitchen and livingroom with huge windows. The view over the Agay bay is beautiful. We were 10 people, 7 adults and 3 kids, plenty of room for all of us. The pool is big and has an alarm. We had some problems with it going of, but it was brand new so I think they're fixing it. The beds are good, and we all slept very well. The owners and they're representative Gabrielle was so nice and helpful. The property is in an gated neighborhood, and property also has a gate. You can walk to the center, but I would recommend renting a car. The house was nice and clean. We had a great time at our first visit to France. The beach was nice, and just a short drive to several great places in the area. So we can recommend this property for a stay in Agay.

Une nouvelle fois enchantés

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve, pour la deuxième année consécutive, dans cette magnifique villa nichée entre bleu azur de la mer et magnifiques roches rouges de l'Estérel. Tout comme l'an dernier, tout était parfait, idyllique ! Nous sommes littéralement tombés amoureux de la région (si ce n'est plus amoureux encore que l'an dernier !!!) L'Estérel, un vrai paradis pour les randonneurs amoureux de la mer, nous offre d'innombrables sentiers de randonnée avec à chaque fois des points de vue différents et à couper le souffle les uns comme les autres. Il n'y a pas un jour qui passe, depuis que nous sommes rentrés, sans que nous ne pensions à nos merveilleuses vacances à Agay. Impossible de se lasser de la beauté des lieux, ni de la situation de la villa et de tout son confort. Je pense que nous reviendrons encore... encore et encore ! Ani & Xavier

Happy family vacations

Notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison de vacances dans le sud de la France à Agay a été tout simplement inoubliable ! Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la vue imprenable sur la mer. Se réveiller chaque matin et voir la mer était une expérience que nous n’oublierons jamais. La maison elle-même est le summum du confort et du luxe. Chaque chambre offre tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances reposantes. Les lits sont confortables et la cuisine est entièrement équipée, ce qui nous a permis de préparer facilement nos repas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les soirées confortables sur la terrasse, en famille. L’emplacement de la maison est parfait – calme et isolé, mais proche de charmants villages et plages. Nous avons eu la chance d’explorer la magnifique région côtière et avons été continuellement émerveillés par la beauté des environs. Nous tenons à remercier l’hospitalité de nos hôtes et la gentillesse de Gabrielle. En somme, notre séjour dans cette maison de vacances a été tout simplement parfait. Très agréable

La villa est située dans un lotissement privatif assurant la tranquillité et la sécurité. Nous avons pu garer deux voitures à l’intérieur de la propriété qui jouit d’un vaste jardin. La maison est d’une architecture moderne très agréable et confortable. Elle est très claire et la vue sur le golfe d’Agay est magnifique, tandis que l’arrière donne une vue sur les rochers rouges du parc de l’Esterel tout proche. La piscine est grande et très agréable car bien entretenue, ainsi que le reste de la propriété. L’accueil a été très sympathique et nous avons passé de très bons moments, sans aucun problème. Nous n’avons aucune réserve à recommander chaudement cette adresse.

Vacances lumineuses

Merveilleux séjour dans une villa moderne et spacieuse baignée de lumière suplombant la baie d'Agay. Nous avons beaucoup profité de la magnifique piscine et apprécié les repas à l'ombre avec vue sur mer. Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité. La salle de sports est un plus. Magnifique villa

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une magnifique villa avec vue imprenable sur la baie d agay et le massif de l esterel. Un coin de paradis

Voilà déjà 2 semaines que notre séjour à Agay s'est achevé et nous ne sommes toujours pas redescendus sur terre ! Tous les jours, toutes nos pensées sont restées à Agay ! Dès les premiers pas franchis dans cette maison nous avons été émerveillés par la beauté des lieux avec ses vues mer & Estérel époustouflantes. Nous avons découvert un magnifique coin de la Côte d'Azur pour lequel nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur ! Il y a tant de choses à faire dans ce coin de paradis que nos 2 semaines de vacances étaient bien trop courtes ! La maison est idéalement située au calme comme on le souhaitait (et petit + pas besoin de faire des kilomètres il y a tout à proximité). Nos petits déjeuners accompagnés par le chant des cigales au bord de la piscine avec la splendide vue sur la mer nous manquent énormément sans parler des senteurs de jasmin et lauriers roses que nous offrait le jardin pour nous rappeler que nous sommes bien en vacances dans le Sud... Enchantés... émerveillés... à un tel point que nous sommes déjà en train de réfléchir pour revenir l'année prochaine. Ani & Xavier

sehr schöner Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage

ein grosses,geräumiges Haus und super geeignet, wenn man die Ruhe geniessen will. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und man kann wunderbar spazieren gehen im Gebirge! Zum shoppen gingen wir nach Cannes oder Nizza wo man wunderbar einkaufen kann und viele schöne Restaurants findet! Sehr beindruckt hat uns allerdings,dass es sehr viele Wildschweine🐗🐗😊 hat und man sie fast täglich sieht. Sie waren jedoch sehr friedlich unterwegs. Die Aussicht aufs Meer beim Frühstück unbezahlbar!

Christine und Gabrielle waren sehr gute Begleiter. Mercie a vous deux . Thank you both. Das Haus, Blick und Garten sind wunderschön. So stellt man sich Purismus vor. Für uns war es absolut passend. Ein Manko allerdings, die nicht zu öffnende große Schiebetüre zum Pool. Wir kontrollieren das nächstes Jahr!

Ravissement du lieu

Comment ne pas être séduit par cette villa qui vous transporte dès le premier pas franchi dans un dépaysement total par sa splendide vue sur la Méditerranée et l’Esterel ! C’est une maison plain-pied bien appréciable où ma maman de 90 ans nous accompagnant a pu se déplacer à sa guise et profiter pleinement de la vue mer de sa chambre de maître. Les chambres sont indépendantes les unes des autres et disposent d’une bonne literie ainsi que d’une salle de douche attenante. Belle surface du séjour/cuisine face à la grande bleue. La piscine vous permet par sa longueur de nager agréablement ; la salle de sport est bien achalandée (elliptique, vélo, rameur, ballon pilate, foam roller, haltères…) Le jardin est entièrement clôturé donc pas de soucis pour notre chienne. Amateurs de bons polars, Giebel, Minier, Thilliez et bien d’autres sont à votre disposition et grande surprise un beau piano blanc fait partie du décor ! Merci pour la gentillesse de Gabrielle et la bienveillance des propriétaires Christine et Philippe. A recommander !
