Villa St Raphael at Anthéor Plage Estate offers breathtaking views of the Estérel massif and is just a three-minute drive from Anthéor beach. The main living area is located on the second floor and consists of a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and Sodastream machine, a comfortable living room and a dining area. There is a self-contained studio on the first floor with a mezzanine bedroom. Most of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. Outside, several terraces offer sun loungers, deck chairs and a 10 x 4 m pool as well as a Weber barbecue. The fenced plot offers access to the surrounding hiking trails.
