Located in a private and closed domain, this beautiful Provencal villa of 130 m2 with a beautiful sea view, was completely redone with taste in 2017 with a talented decorator. High-end equipment.
It is only 450m walk from the village of Agay with its many shops, restaurants, its beautiful pink sand beach and all its sports activities.
The large flowered and beautifully wooded grounds of 1,700 m2 are quiet, with a 10x5 swimming pool (with alarm), several equipped terraces (one of which is covered), giant parasol, hammock, garden furniture and 2 parking spaces on the property.

Everything has been thought out in the spirit of conviviality of a refined lodge between the Mediterranean and the Estérel mountains, for authentic family moments.

It is composed, on the ground floor:
. Large bright living room of 50m2 with sea view, open kitchen very well equipped, and a mezzanine (with a convertible sofa).
. 1 large master suite, "Venice" with balcony: sea view, private bathroom and WC.
. 2 guest bedrooms, "Bahamas" and "Zen", including a sea view, each with private bathroom (shower)
. Guest toilet

And on the garden level: 4th independent and spacious "Cyclades" bedroom (extra bed), private WC and shower room, direct access to the swimming pool.

A very nice place to stay. We would go back.

We had a brilliant time. The only complaint was that the decking was not screwed down properly. A lot are loose. We had to cover parts with chairs so we didn't trip over.

Maison à recommander

Une jolie maison, très bien décorée et bien agencée, qui correspond aux photos du site. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte, qui met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien! L’emplacement, au calme, permet un vrai dépaysement avec le chant des cigales et la belle vue sur la mer. Comme il faisait très chaud à l’extérieur, une climatisation dans les chambres aurait été appréciée (il y a une climatisation dans le séjour).Les ventilateurs mis à disposition, n’étaient pas suffisants pour nous. Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances et ne pouvons que recommander cette villa.

Wünderschöne Lage und Sicht

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang mit Natasha hat gut funktioniert und das Haus hatte alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Um unsere Anliegen hat man sich direkt gekümmert. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Teenager Kindern für eine Woche da und fanden die Größe des Hauses ausreichend. Es gibt viele kleine Buchten und Strände entlang der Küste zu entdecken. Man kann auch direkt vom Haus los spazieren zu den roten Felsen und wird mit einer wunderschönen weiten Aussicht belohnt. Wir können uns vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

Villa mit Meerblick

Die Villa hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Man kann nicht genug bekommen von dem Ausblick. Die Badezimmer sind in dem oberen linken Teil des Hauses sehr klein. Die Master Suite war am schönsten! Es fehlten an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze, damit man nachts ungestört lüften konnte und von den Moskitos verschont blieb. Aus den Abflüssen roch es in allen Badezimmern nach Fäkalien. In der griechischen Suite unten fehlt ein Fenster, dann könnte man auch hier lüften und die Türen zu lassen. Die Reinigung war wirklich nicht gut. Dies wurde gleich nach Reklamation vor Ort behoben. Als Entschädigung wurde uns eine 2 tägige Gutschrift bei nochmaliger Buchung angeboten. Sehr zuvorkomend , aber nicht möglich, da wir in diese Ecke so schnell nicht mehr reisen. (es gibt noch zu viel zu sehen) .Agay ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Netter kleiner Ort, mit vielen Restaurants und Aktivitäten.

Magnifique villa entre l esterel et la mer

Magnifique villa qui surplombe la mer située entre le massif de l esterel et la mer, idéal pour balade, rando et farniente. La piscine et le jardin sont sublime Je recommande. Les photos sur le site ne sont pas à la hauteur de la réalité. La plage est à 500 m par un superbe chemin bon le retour est sportif mais piscine et terrasse sont la récompense après le retour Chaque jour là carte postale est différente. 20/20

wunderschöner Urlaub

der erste Eindruck der Villa hat sich wie erwartet bestätigt. Das Domizil ist sehr schön und toll am Hang gelegen. Der Pool ist sensationell, auf den unterschiedlichen Ebenen fanden wir immer ein schönes Plätzchen, um zu entspannen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Superb location and view

The view on the seaside is really fantastic and the house is provided with anything you can need. The context is absolutely very quiet and relaxing, the walk to the seaside is 10 min of good walking.

tolles Haus an schöner Lage

Die Umgebung Agay ist super für Ausflüge mit dem Bike oder zu Fuss. Gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege findet man in nächster Umgebung. Für Badeurlaub finde ich den Ort nicht geeignet, da der Strand nicht allzu breit und gleich an der Durchgangsstrasse liegt. Für eine kurze Abkühlung ist das Meer aber super!

Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus mit traumhaftem Blick übers Meer, liegt in einem gepflegten, wunderschönen, mediterranen Garten. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Ein großer und sehr schöner Pool macht das Ganze zum perfekten Urlaubsdomizil. Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen. Im Kühlschrank wartete eine Flasche Champagner als Willkommensgruss, gekühltes Wasser und die ersten wichtigen Lebensmittel. Das haben wir so aufmerksam noch nicht erlebt. Auch der Vermieter war mehr als engagiert und wir hatten einen überaus freundlichen Kontakt. Vielen Dank dafür. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Die Schlaf-und Wohnräume und auch die Bäder waren nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt. Die Putzfee sollte auch mal unter die Betten sehen oder Toilettenbürsten auswechseln. Alles in allem haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem schönen Anwesen erlebt .

Entspannung pur

Wir wollten unsere Ruhe haben und gleichzeitig nicht zu weit vom Ort weg sein. Deshalb haben wir uns für dieses Haus entschieden. Entspannung pur von Anfang an. Ein warmer Pool mit richtig tiefer Stelle hat uns viele aktive Spaßstunden beschert. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wunderbarer Blick auf das Meer, am Abend mit sich spiegelndem Mondlicht und ein Wanderpfad hinter dem Haus auf einen Berg mit atemberaubender Fernsicht aufs Meer und den Wald. Das Haus verfügt über mehrere Sitzecken für ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Vermieter waren im Vorfeld sehr freundlich und spürbar bemüht sicherzustellen, dass alles passt und wir uns in ihrem Haus wohlfühlen - und so war es dann auch.

Séjour formidable

Superbe villa , rénovée avec goût , très confortable et fonctionnelle , grand jardin arboré et fleuri, tout est prévu pour passer des vacances au top en famille ou entre amis. La vue de la terrasse et de la suite parentale est splendide , la piscine ombragée au plus fort du soleil permet d’en profiter toute la journée , y compris pour les enfants . Les propriétaires sont attentifs au moindre souhait et très attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Traumblick, nettes Haus

Schönes Haus mit tollen Terrassen, alles was man braucht, um das Leben zu genießen. Toller Pool, leider im Oktober schon etwas kühl. Etwas abgelegen vom Ort. Sehr guter Bäcker, ca. 600 m, dort auch Sandstrand am Meer. Vermieter sehr nett und engagiert, hat zahlreiche Informationen gegeben.

Belle villa avec grande terrasse et vue magnifique

Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette villa dans une colline d'Agay : lumineuse, confortable, avec un beau jardin. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et nous avons longuement profité de la terrasse couverte offrant une superbe vue sur la méditerranée. Située dans une impasse donc pas de voitures. A 5 minutes à pied du village et de la mer. Parfait pour tout type de ballade. En résumé, une très bonne et belle semaine dans le Var

Excellent séjour à Agay

Nous avons passé une semaine au mois d'août dans la villa et y avons passé un très bon moment. Il y a une très belle vue sur la mer et une belle terrasse pour en profiter. La villa est propre, moderne et fonctionnelle. Notamment, nous avons une petite fille d'un an et la villa est bien adaptée pour les enfants. La villa est dans un domaine privé donc à l'abri de la foule et de la circulation tout en étant proche de la plage et des commerces. Enfin, la villa dispose d'une piscine privative légèrement à l'écart (donc bien avec des enfants) d'une bonne taille avec un espace piscine très agréable. Donc nous recommandons vivement la villa!
