The holiday flat is spread over two floors: the top floor has two terraces with a view over the sea and the communal swimming pool, the lower floor has a spacious, bright living/dining area that opens up directly onto the stylish balcony overlooking the pool, as well as the retro kitchen and a separate guest WC. The delightfully decorated bedroom that accesses the upper terrace with sea views, a bathroom and an additional WC are also upstairs. Located in a gated residential complex, the holiday apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. It also has its own parking space.

Situated in Les Plaines, a very good and peaceful neighbourhood of Saint-Raphael, the residential complex was built in the style of a small Provençal village and exudes a uniquely cosy ambience. Despite its central location, the apartment is close to the coast and therefore still far removed from St. Raphael’s downtown hustle and bustle.
