Françoise & Emmanuel welcome you to a contemporary style pavilion (built in 2000), very carefully restored & restyled, located in the heart of a small residential hamlet nestled on the edge of an important town in the "peri-urban" Chalonnaise countryside, equipped with many shops & services (including several supermarkets) and notable sports & leisure facilities (including a beautiful outdoor swimming pool in a "vintage" style). A pleasant, unspoiled rural setting surrounds this property, nestled on the edge of cultivated fields and gentle meadows, at the edge of the vast, wild, and protected Givry state forest (the literal "green lung" of the 1100-hectare area, perfect for relaxing walks or mountain biking). Just steps from a small, fish-filled river, and not far from the first vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise and the banks of the Saône (a paradise for anglers and kayakers, a natural area partially protected as a Natura 2000 and ZNIEFF site for its rich flora and fauna). This spacious and very comfortable cottage boasts a warm, rustic charm with contemporary touches. A peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Full of character. Cozy and very comfortable.
