In Saint-Restitut, in the heart of Drôme Provençale, this charming Provençal farmhouse of 240 m² of living space, entirely renovated, offers comfort, authenticity and an exceptional panorama. Located on the heights of the village (accessible on foot in 5 minutes), the property benefits from a calm and unobstructed environment, with an unobstructed view of Mont Ventoux.



The enclosed and landscaped garden of 10,000 m² features a private swimming pool (6 x 9 m, depth up to 1.80 m) and is secured by a wrought iron fence and an immersed alarm. Around the pool, a covered terrace with a sink, bar counter and sun loungers invites relaxation, facing a panorama worthy of a postcard.



Living spaces: upstairs to enjoy the view:

- The living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen open onto a large terrace, ideal for outdoor meals or simply admiring the sunset over Provence,

- An air-conditioned suite completes this floor: king-size bed, private bathroom (bath and shower), toilet and dressing room,

- A second bedroom is located under the roof, with private toilet and washbasin.

Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles en soleil

La maison est bien équipé pour des enfants. Vue exceptionelle (Mont Ventoux). Belle piscine clôturée. Un accueil très chaleureux.

Magnifique propriété à la vue imprenable sur le mont Ventoux .

Emplacement idéal pour des vacances familiales dans un mas provençal plein de charme, à la décoration raffinée, rien ne manque. les prestations hôtelieres, le jardin, le parc et ses oliviers, l'espace piscine sécurisé et le spectacle des levers et couchers du soleil sur le mont Ventoux depuis la terrasse. Un grand merci aux propriétaires !
