In the heart of Saint-Restitut, a typical and peaceful village in Drôme Provençale, La Maison Fontaine welcomes you for a relaxing stay in the south of France. Classified as a 4-star tourist accommodation, this air-conditioned stone house of 125 m², fully renovated, is ideal for family or friends' holidays. It features an inner courtyard with a fountain, a secure pool, a large terrace, and a warm and functional living space.



Upon your arrival, you are welcomed into an intimate courtyard, bordered by stone walls, where a 9 m² pool basin sits, secured by an immersed alarm (unheated).



An external staircase leads to a spacious terrace fitted with a dining area and sunbeds, perfect for summer meals or relaxing in complete tranquillity.



The main entrance to the house is at this level. You directly access a bright living area, consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen and a comfortable, air-conditioned living room with TV and WiFi.

•Bedroom 1: double bed 160 cm

•Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 cm + mezzanine with two additional sleeping spaces (70 cm beds), ideal for children or teenagers

Amazing place!

Wonderful hosts and apartment. We’ll equipped and very comfortable. Even comes with the cutest puppy to play with when coming and going. Greet location for road trips to villages and wineries. Highly recommend!

Cet appartement, magnifiquement rénové tout en pierres apparentes et très joliment décoré, est comme une bulle de beauté et de calme en plein centre de ce petit village très calme lui aussi de Saint-Restitut.La terrasse est propice tant aux repas joyeux qu'aux séances de lecture silencieuse. Et nos ados ont bien profité de la piscine, ainsi que du billard.

Un havre de paix

Un très beau séjour dans un village typique de la Drôme provençale avec une magnifique maison rénovée en pierres sur deux niveaux, avec une terrasse idéalement située, très moderne décorée avec beaucoup de finesse et de goût. L’environnement était idéal pour se retrouver en famille. Sport, visites de villages, parties de billard, récupération dans la piscine et, pour finir la semaine, dîner à l’Alcôve, un restaurant à deux pas, qui propose des menus dignes d’un gastronomique.

Hier kann man gut entspannen. Die Bäckerei ist nah und sehr gut, auch zwei Restaurants gibt es in dem kleinen Dorf. Die Sonne wärmt den eigentlich nicht geheizten Pool. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen. Danke an Laura für die freundliche Begleitung von Seiten der Agentur!

Atemberaubend schön

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und das Haus entspricht in allem dem Internetauftrit. Der Ort hat außerdem noch 2 Restaurants die ebenfalls super sind. Wir kommen gern wieder.
