Gîte 'Le Cottage' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Gîte Le Cottage welcomes up to 10 guests in a shared courtyard. The fully equipped kitchen features a 5-burner gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The spacious living area offers a comfortable lounge and dining space. Central heating ensures a pleasant temperature. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with sink, shower and toilet. Enjoy a private terrace overlooking the courtyard. Three bedrooms have double beds (160x200 cm), and a mezzanine dormitory for children offers 4 single beds (90 cm). All bedrooms are upstairs, making this gîte ideal for families and groups looking to relax and explore the region.

Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s playground, pétanque court, and spacious terrace with barbecue and plancha at Les Gîtes du Logis in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, and a 5,500 m² garden. The courtyard is shared with other guests and the owners.



Located in the heart of the village: bakery, butcher, grocery, and bar nearby. Just 7 minutes from Saujon, 15 minutes from Royan and Saintes. Supermarket 7 minutes away.



Parking is available 160 m from the property. On arrival, bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and starter groceries are provided. Options such as beds made on arrival, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra fee.



Check-in is from 5 pm to 7 pm, check-out at 10 am. Late check-out is available for an extra fee. Enjoy peace, authenticity, and a warm welcome!
