Completely renovated farmhouse, located in the Monts du Forez in mid-mountain, 20 minutes from the Prabouré ski resort, with breathtaking views of the Ance valley that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people + 2 additional people (folding beds at the rate of 10€/night/pers). 10 km from the gîte: Les Pradeaux: cross-country ski and snowshoe rental with hiking departures. Many activities nearby: hiking, Prabouré nature resort with: giant zip line, scooters, etc.; Montpeloux volcano festival, body of water, town of Ambert. A few kilometers away: Moulin Richard de Bas, Chemin des Papetiers, Hautes Chaumes and Jasserie du Coq Noir, Montbrison... The gîte on two levels is composed on the ground floor: -a large living room with lounge -a kitchen open to the dining room -a large laundry room -a bathroom with large walk-in shower -a separate toilet On the 1st floor: -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 140 bed -a bedroom with a 140 cm bed with an additional folding bed -a bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk is prohibited for children under 6 years old) and a folding bed -a bathroom -a separate toilet You will also find 2 cellars on the ground floor in which you can store your cheeses or other food, vegetables from the garden depending on the season. Beautiful exterior fittings with: -a play area for children -a pétanque court -a ping-pong table -a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue -a carport and the possibility of storing motorcycles and bicycles in the old stable Set of baby equipment available Oil heating depending on consumption between 15 and 25 euros, electricity billed above 8kwh/day The owner does not accept companies for professional stays.
