For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, private and enclosed, mainly south-facing
- A terrace at the front of the house
- A south-facing terrace of 25 m² on the garden side to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, in a very quiet and pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Visits to wine-growing châteaux (Le Grand Verdus, Camarsac, Malherbes...)
- La Calinésie aquatic center approx. 25 min by car (26.2 km)
- Écomusée du Libournais about 5 min by car (3.8 km)

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (up to 2 vehicles) and in the courtyard (1 vehicle) of the house.
