Cocoonr / Book&Pay offers this bright 127 m² house in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 48 m² through-planning living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 2,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- 48 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (140x200) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: garden furniture, garden table, barbecue, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 2,000 m² garden, private and enclosed, mainly south-facing
- A terrace at the front of the house
- A 25 m² south-facing terrace on the garden side, where you can enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Seurin-sur-l'Isle, in very quiet, pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Visits to wine châteaux (Le Grand Verdus, Camarsac, Malherbes, etc.)
- La Calinésie aquatic centre about 25 minutes' drive away (26.2 km)
- Écomusée du Libournais about 5 minutes' drive away (3.8 km)
