From the enclosed courtyard, access to the cottage is via two steps down. On the ground floor: a living room with a lounge/TV area and a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), and a third bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room with a large shower, toilet, and a large bathroom with a double shower.
Fiber optic internet access is provided via a set-top box, and there is a 140 cm smart TV. Air conditioning is available in all rooms via an air-to-air heat pump.

For babies: a travel cot with mattress, high chair, toilet seat reducer, and baby bath.
Outside: a 35 m² enclosed courtyard, part of which is a 15 m² covered terrace.

A private 6-person hot tub with a shower is located in a veranda. The hot tub is available for use year-round. No private parking on site; you can unload your belongings and then use the public parking lot 100 meters away. Flow Vélo bike rental is available on site. In the heart of the old riverboat village and a stone's throw from the Charente River, this 18th-century house has been renovated into a comfortable gîte with a sheltered private spa. The house is semi-detached with two other dwellings, but there is no direct view into the property. An old gabare mast, visible in the courtyard, bears witness to the village's history.
