Located in Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens, in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, Maison du Grand Chêne is a renovated 120 m² holiday home for up to 7 guests. This country villa, restored in 2024, offers 3 bedrooms with premium bedding: 2 Queen beds, 1 King bed that can be converted into twins, a sofa bed in the living room, and a baby cot available on request. There are 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers, 3 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. A simple breakfast can be delivered to your accommodation or brunch served at the host’s table, both available for an extra charge.



Enjoy the large terrace and private west-facing Jacuzzi with stunning vineyard views and complete privacy. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and admiring the peaceful landscape surrounding the property. Beautiful sunsets.



Please note: One pet is allowed with prior agreement. Parties are not permitted. The pool, open and heated from April to October, is shared with other guests on the estate.

Clean place, well laid out, nice outdoor space and hot tub, all you need for kitchen, ..pool is shared , 1 parking spot. Would come back.
