Nestled in the heart of a small, typical hamlet of Saint-Sylvestre, surrounded by the Ardèche countryside, our 100 m² stone house welcomes you for a peaceful, warm, and revitalizing getaway.
Combining authentic charm and modern comfort, Le 1935 is the ideal place for you to gather with family or friends. Enjoy breathtaking views of the countryside, a spacious and friendly living area, three cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces designed for your relaxation: garden, covered terrace, barbecue, pétanque court, and much more for an unforgettable stay.
