Loved the whole hotel and its facilities (we had a fridge and microwave in our room!) but it was let down by the rock hard beds, I think it would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor!!

Good for overnight stop

A premiere classe is cheap and cheerful. The rooms are tiny but if all you want is a cheap bed for the night it is perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly and the room clean. The restaurant d’horlorge serves lovely food but will cost you as much each as the hotel room.

Very disappointing.

Room so tiny. Very hard, very uncomfortable bed. The worst! Sockets on headboard...uncomfortable. Only one towel between two people. No drinking glasses or cups. We have always found Premiere Classe Hotels suited our needs, but definitely not this time and would 100% not revisit.

Overall disappointing, but mattress was great

This is a budget hotel, almost a backpackers but without the comfortable communal area and friendliness. The carpark and entrance are gloomy and unkempt. The foyer was tiny and gave a glimpse of what breakfast would be. Toast, yoghurt, cornflakes or muelsi, croisants, orange juice, coffee. nothing fresh. The staff were barely functional, although the space they had to work didn't look comfortable or ergonomic for working. Neither of the staff i met spoke good english and my french was as bad. But.. the bed was extremely comfortable! There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Though no towels, you had to bring your own. And the room was amazingly clean!

Dissapointed

We always use premiere inns as a stop over as for just a bed they are reasonable This time we were very dissapointed . The young man on reception was very polite and apologetic. On the bed there weren't any pillow cases, in the bathroom 2 small hand towels. The young man gave us a sheet to wrap around the pillows. The reason for the lack of towels , bed linen, was that the laundry company hadn't brought back the towels and pillow cases. Having worked in the accommodation industry, you would always have a set of linens on the bed and at least one set as replacement when they were sent to the laundry. Not having spare sets is mismanagement. The room had one mirror situated in the bath room, no sockets near this mirror to shave or to use a hairdryer. The shower gel/shampoo was empty and no soap. The room was clean. It was meant to have been a double bed, but in fact it was two singles pushed together ,therefore leaving a couple of inches either side of the bed, so nowhere to put your phone, yet they had a usb socket above the bed, which was unusable due to not having anywhere to put your phone. All in all, if this had been our first stay in a Premier Inn it would have been our last. Though having stayed overnight in Premier Inns all over France, I know that this was an exception.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour deux adultes et un bébé de moins de un an. A l'arrivée on nous a changé de chambre et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre minuscule sans place prévue pour le bébé. Nous avions notre propre lit pliable mais impossible à installer. Le lit a une planche de bois qui fait office de sommier... La propriété n'est pas top...

Nous avions rĂ©servĂ© sur la plateforme hĂŽtel com pour deux chambres mais Ă  rĂ©ception elle ne trouvait trace de la rĂ©servation que pour une chambre heureusement qu'il y avait de la disponibilitĂ©,un peu d'attente.. .L'Ă©tablissement et les chambres sont plutĂŽt propres et le personnel aimable . Les salles de bain mĂ©riterait un coup de frais peinture , joint Ă  refaire . Pas trop bruyant pour un hĂŽtel en zone extĂ©rieure pas loin autoroute . Par contre petit dĂ©jeuner mĂȘme si petit peux mĂ©riterait au moins du vrai pain ou des croissants , boissons chaudes distributeurs vraiment pas top.
