Location très bien située près de la forêt pour promener notre petit chien. Besoin de rénovation et changement des huisseries. Peinture des volets pas aussi belle que les photos. Elles sont à refaire. Literie très bonne. Banquette mériterait d'être changée. Beaucoup trop basse et inconfortable. Prévoir un minimum de produits d'entretien (sel et rinçage lave vaisselle) car même avec des bonnes pastilles 3 en 1 les verres ressortent blanc. L'eau est très dure. Avons passé de bonnes vacances malgré quelques soucis et grâce à l'excellente écoute de l'agence Foncia. Merci

Un logement entre mer et forêt

Annonce conforme. Le grand jardin clos est très appréciable pour quiconque possède un chien. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il manque cependant des verres à vins. Le salon pourrait être modernisé ; le canapé est très inconfortable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits font le job. Salle d’eau très agréable avec sa grande douche . Barbecue fixe facile à utiliser et nettoyer. Le système d’état des lieux départ et arrivée via unnQRcode est un peu fastidieux, mais pour l’agence ce sera peu être un gain de temps. Le quartier est sympa, à 6 minutes en voiture des espaces commerciaux. La plage est à 15 minutes à pieds . Dans l’ensemble je recommande !

Séjour apprécié !

Endroit très calme et non loin des plages.Terrain spacieux et clos. Maison adaptée aux vacances estivales. Espace intérieur et équipements peut-être un peu juste si on est 7 personnes telle que l'indique l'annonce. Maximum 6 personnes serait sûrement plus approprié.
