Discover the charm of this family home, nestled in a large wooded garden with swimming pool. Situated just 350 meters from a small beach and around 1800 meters from the Gatseau beach and thalassotherapy center, our house offers the ideal setting for a relaxing family vacation.
The island of Oléron, nicknamed the Isle of Light, is the largest island on France's Atlantic coast. Renowned for its magnificent sandy beaches and varied natural environment, it's the perfect destination for nature lovers and beach-goers alike.

Fully equipped kitchen: Induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
Living/dining room: Unobstructed view of the pool, Wi-Fi, TV.
Master bedroom: 160 cm double bed.
Bedroom 2: Two 90 cm beds.
Bedroom 3: One 140 cm bed.
Bedroom 4: Open-plan, with two 90 cm beds.
Bathroom and WC: Shower room with separate WC, bathroom and separate WC.
Swimming pool: Located on the garden side, unoverlooked, 70 cm to 170 cm deep, equipped with an immersion-detection alarm.
Parking: Parking spaces available for two vehicles.
