Town house very well situated in Saint Trojan. 100m from the seafront, 500m from the town centre. Ideally situated to be close to everything without having to suffer the drawbacks of proximity to the busy seafront attractions and entertainment.

Cleverly arranged with bedrooms upstairs, this house also has a very large terrace allowing you to enjoy the beautiful Oleron weather. A very good heating system allows you to enjoy the house, regardless of the season and outside temperature.

The house has 7 beds, 3 of which are rather intended for children, bunk beds, but the 2 bedrooms allow one or two families to enjoy its calm and environment optimally. Garden furniture, barbecue, TNT television, wifi, all comforts are at your disposal. Gas cooker, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, the bathroom is on the ground floor and the toilets are separate. Petite maison agréable, bien équipée, bien située à quelques mètres de la plage, et centre ville accessible facilement à pied. Petit espace extérieur appréciable avec le soleil.
