This house was so lovely. Very spacious yet cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor area was incredible! The views and the comfort was impeccable. Plus the location just as great, about a 3 min drive over to the harbor with tons of restaurants and entertainment and shopping! I could have stayed for a month!!

The villa was great for our family of 4 adults. We were able to enjoy some home meals, but still be close enough to town or Ramatuelle to enjoy sine beach clubs.The toilet situation was unique, but we were fine with it. We only wish the a/c unit in the Master BR worked better.

We loved the villa and location of, but, some issues including. - bbq unusable - pool was filthy (green) after one day - no wifi or instructions to get online - owners spoke no English which was not easy to communicate

Beautiful place

The house is very nice, comfortable and well equipped. The location is great, peaceful, walking distance from a very nice beach and from a long and beautiful promenade overlooking the see. I recommend it for a charming and relaxing vacation.

Nous avons p see un bon sĂ©jour dans l’ensemble, toutefois la maison manque cruellement d’entretien dans son ensemble, il y a beaucoup de matĂ©riaux qui se dĂ©gradent et le lieu est de ce fait dangereux pour accueillir un enfant en bas Ăąge, ce qui Ă©tait notre cas.Les propriĂ©taires sont Ă  l’écoute mais ne semblent pas vouloir faire d’effort.C’est dommage car le cadre d’origine est magnifique.

l annonce du salon de jardin ne correspond pas à la réalité

Au niveau intĂ©rieur, tout est tb, par contre gros problĂšme sur l'extĂ©rieur. Le salon de jardin ne correspond pas du tout Ă  ce qui est Ă©crit sur l annonce,"Restauration contemporaine ( Villa et meubles ) et salon de jardin ( transats, table et fauteuils )."Les transats ne sont pas des transats mais des vielles chaises longues dont une dĂ©chirĂ©e, donc impossible de se mettre sur le ventre. Au niveau du salon de jardin, il s'agit non seulement de mobilier bas de gamme de premier prix sur internet mais, TOUS les coussins sont sales et TOUS Ă©galement entiĂšrement recouverts de moisissure Ă  un tel point que l'on na pas pu s'assoir de dessus! De mĂȘme un gros problĂšme d'Ă©tanchĂ©itĂ© de la terrasse provoque la prĂ©sence d'eau mĂ©langĂ© Ă  du calcaire et de la rouille en permanence sur les 2 escaliers. Attention Ă  la chute pour les enfants ! Le parasol sur les photos est absent et la demande d'un n'est pas possible. Les grilles du barbecue sont tellement rouillĂ©es qu'on se demande se qu'elles font la! Bien que le concierge prĂ©sent sur place soit trĂšs dĂ©vouĂ© et Ă  l'Ă©coute, il est anormal de louer Ă  St Tropez ce genre de villa avec un espace salon de jardin dans un tel Ă©tat, alors que l'on est censĂ© d'avantage vivre Ă  l'extĂ©rieur qu' Ă  l'intĂ©rieur. MalgrĂ© le manifestement de mon mĂ©contentement auprĂšs du propriĂ©taire, celui n 'a pas souhaitĂ© me rĂ©pondre.

Schönes Haus in hervorragender Lage!

Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war vom ersten Tag an sehr herzlich. Er war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen hat er stets seine Hilfe angeboten. Der Villa Manager hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles sehr detailliert erklĂ€rt. Die Kommunikation ist auf Französisch sollte, aber kein grĂ¶ĂŸeres Problem sein, da man ansonsten den Vermieter jederzeit anrufen kann. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet. Es bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 6 Personen, aber auch fĂŒr 8 GĂ€ste. Die verschiedenen Terrassen des Hauses bieten den ganzen Tag ĂŒber Sonne und laden zum Verweilen ein. Schatten findet man in dem wunderschön angelegten Garten. Zur AbkĂŒhlung geht man in den schönen und gepflegten Pool. Das Internet funktioniert an Notebooks einwandfrei, lediglich mit Smartphones gab es Probleme, die in KĂŒrze laut Vermieter behoben werden. Die Villa liegt im Ă€ußerst gepflegten Villenviertel Parc des Salins.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille. Tout était parfait dans la villa, bon accueil, flexible au niveau de l'heure d'arrivée, répondant rapidement aux messages. Appel téléphonique du propriétaire durant le séjour afin de voir si tout était ok. Villa à recommander. :)

Location décevante

Bonjour, plutĂŽt déçu par cette maison. Emplacement agrĂ©able dans le parc des Salins. En revanche, la maison est dĂ©cevante: piscine verte car l’eau a tournĂ© (j’ai l’impression que je n’étais pas le premier locataire Ă  avoir eu ce problĂšme), internet en panne pendant 1 semaine, maison assez sale dans l’ensemble et mobilier trĂšs spartiate (le congĂ©lateur est dans le salon !), mobilier extĂ©rieur inutilisable tellement il est abĂźmĂ© (coussins Ă©ventrĂ©s notamment), vaisselle trĂšs limitĂ©e (1 seul verre Ă  champagne), l’arriĂšre extĂ©rieur de la maison est remplie du matĂ©riel non utilisĂ© pour la rĂ©fection des terrasses.

Belle Villa sans piscine

TrÚs bon emplacement et villa trÚs agréable, bien décorée et confortable. Accueil du manager de la Villa trÚs diligent et sympathique. MAIS, nous voulions une villa avec piscine, nous nous sommes assurés auprÚs du propriétaire qu'elle était en service.... Quelle déception de constater le jour de notre arrivée que la piscine était hors d'usage depuis 15 jours ...ce que le propriétaire savait parfaitement au moment de notre réservation ( la veille de notre arrrivée)

- Overall very nice property with space for up to 8 adults - One bedroom with lower standard (not renovated yet) - Kitchen and outdoor areas need a light refurbishment - Agency reacted very quickly to our requests
