Studio Jouve Terrace Garden

In the typical village of St-Véran, this house divided into two holiday apartments offers you a very pleasant ground-floor studio with an exceptional view. You will enjoy absolute peace while being in the heart of the village, in its upper part, just a few steps from the ski slopes and on the edge of the alpine meadows and summer hiking trails.



The accommodation features a large private terrace, sunny in both summer and winter, with a small, much-appreciated garden area. The owner, a mountain guide, can advise you on hiking routes and help you discover the valley. The studio includes a living room with a kitchenette, television, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, a sofa bed for two people, a double bed in an alcove in the living area (with sliding blackout panels), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating is included. The atmosphere is traditional and welcoming, with wood, a beautiful view, and plenty of light. This accommodation and its terrace are completely independent from the duplex above, which is also available for rent.



Shops are within walking distance: cafés, restaurants, newsstand, grocery store, post office, ski and hiking equipment rentals, electric bike rentals, tourist office, etc. Ski lessons and the start of the slopes are very close, just 4-5 minutes on foot from the accommodation.



Car access: you can load or unload your car right in front of the accommodation, then park it in one of the village car parks (5 minutes on foot).



You can contact me at any time. Bed linen and pillowcases, with or without towels, are available as an option on request. End-of-stay cleaning is available in winter and summer (off-season, please ask), for an additional fee.
