Single-storey holiday home for 4 to 6 guests, set in a peaceful rural location. Just 500 m on foot from a lake with a range of activities: water ski lift, aqua park, beach, skate park, tennis court, children’s play area, fishing, and fitness trail. The Atlantic beaches—including Pornic, La Plaine-sur-Mer, Préfailles, Saint-Michel, and Saint-Brévin—are only 15 minutes away by car. Nantes is 45 minutes away, and Saint-Nazaire is 25 minutes. The La Loire à Vélo cycle route is just 2 km away.
The recently renovated house offers a bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen, dining space, and lounge (42 m²). There are 2 bedrooms with closets (one with a double bed, the other with two singles that can be joined as a double), plus a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet.
The home is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Baby equipment and children’s games are provided. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, Hi-Fi DVD system, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and dishwasher. Enjoy a private, south-facing terrace and enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors.
Fishing equipment is available on request. Bike rental is available for an extra charge. For one-night stays, bed linen is optional and available for an extra charge. Guests have a private home with terrace and enclosed garden.
