The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning, it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a bed 160, and the other with a double bed 140 and a single bed 90

Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker filters and espresso (ground coffee), microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine, raclette machine, blender, fryer...

Large garden with all the furniture needed for outdoor lunch (tables, chairs, umbrella, charcoal barbecue)
The neighborhood is very quiet

Moving away from the coast, the Vendée offers many other activities, between Marais Poitevin and Marais Breton, the Bocage, the rich history of the Vendée can be read on the many remains that can be visited. The most striking of these is the Puy du Fou, which has since become an exciting and always surprising historical amusement park to visit.
