- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 4 single beds
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan.
Exterior:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the warm weather
- 1,000 m² shared, fenced garden
The house is ideally located in Saint-Yan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.

- Nearest train station: Paray-le-Monial, approx. 10 km away.
- Nearest airport: Lyon, approx. 160 km
