Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 98 m² semi-detached house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Yan, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises an attractive 28 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 1,000 m².
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 28 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, fireplace and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds
- Separate WC with washbasin
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan.
Outside:
- An unheated swimming pool (5.5m x 11m), open from May to September. It is fenced in.
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A lovely 1,000 m² shared, fenced garden.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Yan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
