When we checked in, my brother’s room was not cleaned in fact it still seemed to be occupied by another person - bags on the bed, sheets not done. When we went to the receptionist, Carolyn, she was disgustingly so rude. Her answer to everything was “i don’t know” in fact her suggestion was we leave the hotel. The rooms were smelly, not clean, flies all around - just seemed very unclean. I wouldn’t suggest staying here

It was an excellent hotel. The area around it was beautiful and very quiet at night. The check-in process was very quick. The complimentary breakfast and pool were also a great addition to my stay. The only issue I had was the key card for the door. It wasn't working for a long time, but the lady at the front desk was kind enough to resolve the issue asap.

It's OK.

Breakfast area is extremely small. Lack of seating. The only meat you'll find are hard boiled eggs, no decaf coffee. This is a very family oriented Hotel with lots of small kids. Parking is downhill so prepare to climb stairs. Only 4 parking spots on same level as hotel. Upon arrival on Sunday night, garbage was overflowing in bins outdoors, rugs were dirty. They only offer housekeeping if you stay more than 3 nights... at that point I didn't bother. It's OK. The staff at check in and check out are helpful and friendly.
