Appealing house in a quiet and secluded location. Enclosed garden, pool and beautiful hill views. You will love the spacious terrace, the living room and the open and very well equipped kitchen. To the center of the Provencal village of Sainte-Anastasie, which welcomes you at the Issole (river with trout) with fountains and shady streets, it is 800 meters. The river banks invite you to picnic and swim, in addition to fishing. A beautiful hiking trail is the Saint-Quinis. The Golf de Barbaroux 18 km, the "village of the turtles" (Village des Tortues) 17 km. The owner occupies an independent part of the house.
