The Soleil du Sud residence welcomes you in a quiet residential development close to the amenities of the Sainte Anne sector in the great south of Martinique, renowned for its magnificent white sand beaches. The small size of the residence (3 dwellings) guarantees peace, rest and relaxation. At the edge of the swimming pool, as on the Salines beach, of which you are closest, you can enjoy the Sun of the South of Martinique.

The apartment is composed as follows:
* Terrace with teak furniture. You are alone on the landing and can open the view cover as you wish.
* On the right is the spacious bright and airy kitchen.
* The living room all in local wood is dressed in natural colors and warm tones. * You have wifi and a TV.
* 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower room and wc.

The master bedroom with its 160 x 200 bed gives access to a private balcony on the housing estate side and lets admire the diamond rock.
The second bedroom has an open balcony inside the residence. This room can accommodate an extra bed for a 3rd child.

Très bel emplacement pour les vacanciers qui désirent de la tranquillité. Le village de Sainte-Anne est à 8 minutes à pied, la plus belle plage de Martinique (les salines) est à 10 m. en voiture. Vacances reposantes

L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se reposer (rien autour, quartier résidentiel, il faut une voiture pour aller vers des points plus animés). Le propriétaire est disponible, à l'écoute de ses locataires. Les serviettes sont changées 2 fois par semaine et les draps chaque semaine, ce qui est un plus très appréciable. Il faut prendre en considération que St Anne est très au Sud et que pour naviguer sur l'île, cela prend beaucoup de temps de route. Le point positif, la plus belle plage (les salines) est à 10mn en voiture. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour passer des vacances calmes et reposantes.

Idéal pour famille deux chambres à lits doubles.

Très bien situé. Piscine de bonne dimension. Hôte très agréable malgré trois objets que j'ai cassés ( verres, enrouleur papier essuie tout ) endroit très calme. Barbecue avec table pique-nique dans le jardin. Nous reviendrons.

séjour agréable

L’appartement est très bien situé, assez proche du village de Sainte Anne, de la plage de la pointe marine et de la grande anse des Salines. Il est quand même préférable d’avoir un véhicule pour faire ces trajets. L’appartement fait parti d’un immeuble comprenant 3 appartements. Il est situé à l’étage, c’est donc le moins agréable des 3 car il ne donne pas directement sur la piscine. La promiscuité y est un peu gênante lorsqu’on veut profiter de celle-ci et que les deux autres familles sont présentes sur leur terrasse. Néanmoins, on peu diner sur une terrasse au sortir du logement qui elle-même a la vue plongeante sur la piscine et la vue y est agréable. Le plus du logement est d’avoir 2 salles-de-bain. Les serviettes sont fournies et changées en quantité suffisantes. Elles sont très pratique pour se doucher lorsqu’on revient de la plage. Les deux chambres climatisées sont également très appréciées et sont indispensables la nuit. 1 lit 160 et 1 lit 140 offrent une possibilité de place pour 4 personnes. Il semble néanmoins impossible de faire dormir une 5eme personne dans ces deux chambres. Le séjour est assez simple, avec une petite banquette et 2 fauteuils vintages. Une petite déco exotique aurait bien trouvé sa place dans ce séjour. La cuisine est assez bien équipée en vaisselles et casseroles ainsi qu’en électroménager. Rien d’exceptionnel cependant et dans l’ensemble, un peu Cheap. 2 plaques vitrocéramiques servent à la cuisson mais une seule plaque sera utilisée à cause de la taille des poêles qui occupent tout l’espace. Nous avons regretté le « rien du tout » de 1ere nécessité et avons été obligé d’acheter sel, poivre, sucre, huile etc.… Pour une arrivée assez tardive à FDF prévoyez un minimum de repas et de petit-déjeuner avant votre arrivée car vous ne trouverez rien sur place. Le couvre-feu de 20h ayant fait fermer tous les restaurants de Sainte-Anne, il n’a pas été facile de se restaurer pour l’arrivée. Le départ est assez simple, pas d’état des lieux a faire et le propriétaire est très arrangeant sur les horaires de départ. Vous devrez quand même vous acquitter de 40 euros pour le ménage, que vous l’ayez réalisé par vous-même ou pas du tout. Bon séjour , je recommande.
