The main asset of the accommodation is its ideal location. It is located less than 500m from the beautiful beach of Pointe Marin. Many restaurants, snacks and other amenities (mini market, car rental, water sports, laundromat ...) are within walking distance, as well as the daily local market in the city center.

You can enjoy your vacation with everything you need in the immediate vicinity !!

The studio was renovated in November 2019. It has WIFI and is located in a quiet residence. You will find below the elements of the studio in detail:

Déception

Sur l’annonce le studio est lumineux, ouvert sur une terrasse et à 500m de la mer or, 1- l’ouverture est composée d’une porte double en bois qui obscurcit complètement le studio. Avec les moustiques: il est difficile de rester sur la terrasse donc on rentre dans la clim et on ferme les portes. Il n’y a pas de moustiquaire. 2- équipement basique et confort minimum, 3- la mer est à 10mn en voiture, surfréquentée et polluée. 4-la copropriété est sale, mal ou pas entretenue. Les points positifs sont le calme et la végétation tropicale luxuriante. Malheureusement elle aurait besoin d’un bon jardinier. Milene a toujours répondu present à nos demandes. Ce studio convient à des jeunes pour un petit séjour d’une semaine.
