At only 500m away from the village of Sainte-Cécile-les-Vignes, this Provençal house with its modern comforts, tastefully restored, will offer you great tranquillity on your amazing holiday. The region will allow you to discover the Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards and sample its excellent wines, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras… For those passionate about Roman ruins, you can visit the commune of Orange (20km away) or see the Chorégies d’Orange, the "must" of lyric art. The commune of Vaison-la-Romaine is 22km away, Avignon, 50km away. From the property, you can also go for a walk or on a bike ride. Everything is put together for you to have a superb holiday. The house is semi-detached, with a house to its left, seen from the swimming pool, with no discomfort or it being overcrowded.

INSIDE
This country house has been restored with extraordinary elegance and is a clever combination of past times, thanks to its walls of natural stone on the one hand, and modernity on the other, such as the floors of waxed concrete or the staircase banister shaped like a sculpture. You enter the house via the kitchen or the dining room. If you enter via the kitchen, whose originality has been preserved thanks to its wooden ceiling, but outlaid with modern furniture, you'll have on your left ithe large living room and the dining room in contemporary style. The very large glass window gives brightness to this large room and provides access to the pool. On the ground floor you also have a separate toilet and the utility room.
Upstairs, accessible via the stairs from the large living room, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed and an integrated shower room, the second has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom and a WC, both separate, complete the facilities.Two air-conditioned rooms have been added, increasing the country house to 230 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room that serves as a library and games room with table football, and a bedroom with a large double bed, adjoining shower room and en-suite WC. The bedroom is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase from the hallway, situated between the kitchen and the playroom.

OUTSIDE
This very pretty, recently-restored stone Provençal house will offer you a wide choice of activities during your holiday. Sunbathing around the beautiful swimming pool on sunbeds, having a drink in the shade of the lime tree, or having a game of baby foot with friends before a well-deserved snack. On the wooden terrace, the colourful garden furniture forms a loved area of relaxation. The garden has a lawn and many olive trees.

Very beautiful Provençal house in a contemporary style, with a well-maintained and decorated exterior, which makes you want to stay there to disconnect from the bother of daily life.
