The beautiful beach of Mimizan is about 10 km away and you can spend your holidays relaxing by the water. The house is located between two lakes: The Etang d'Aureilhan and the Etang de Biscarosse, where there is also a water sports center. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find a shop, a tennis court, a good restaurant, a jeu de boules court, and a playground. There is also a golf course and an adventure park in the immediate vicinity.

In addition to its elegant interior, the holiday home has an enclosed garden all around. Relax with your favorite book by the fireplace or prepare a delicious dish in the well-equipped kitchen. On the terrace, you can end the day in style with a drink of your choice.
