In Berry, between Châteauroux and Issoudun, close to the country of George Sand and on the road to the Lignières horse center, the Ablenay cottage is located in the heart of nature between crops and woods.
Peace and relaxation guaranteed in the shade of the walnut tree or in front of the fireplace.
The pluses, a swing, a slide and a sandbox for children. Old Berrichonne farm, adjoining the owners' house with a private landscaped garden. On the ground floor: living room/lounge/equipped kitchen - toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds) - attic shower room with toilet.
Electric heating (€5.50 per day) and free wood (fireplace).
The mandatory options for professionals are as follows:
- Professional stay sheets (€11.00 per person/stay)
