The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean the breakfast was a cold continental with toast muffins bagels, hot and cold cereal and drinks. The hotel was dated but it is very convenient close to mcdonalds and the high way.

The room was clean, but walls were paper thin. Very difficult to sleep and my kids struggled to fall asleep. The staff at the desk didn't seem very friendly...it could have been the fact we only spoke english, but I thought a smile would go a long way. Overall the hotel public spaces need a bit of an update, they look a little run down. The cleaning staff in the hall on our way out was super nice.

Nous avions réservé pour arriver le dimanche et partir le lundi matin. Nous sommes arrivés et enregistrés le dimanche matin à minuit. Le réceptionniste ne nous a pas signalé notre arrivée trop tôt et l'enregistrement n'a pu avoir lieu que le dimanche après-midi à 15 h. Je lui avais expliqué que nous avions déjà réservé et payé la chambre pour le dimanche et que nous devions la libérer le lundi matin. Il a acquiescé et nous a remis la clé. Le dimanche matin, à 11 h, le réceptionniste de jour nous a réveillés par un appel téléphonique nous informant que nous étions arrivés trop tôt et que nous devions libérer la chambre immédiatement. Nous nous sommes alors rendus à la réception pour lui parler, lui expliquant que nous n'avions pas été prévenus et que le réceptionniste de nuit ne nous avait pas expliqué clairement que nous devions arriver plus tard ou partir le lendemain matin. Ils se sont montrés impolis et agressifs, sans s'excuser et ont refusé toute hospitalité.Ils nous ont dit non, que nous étions arrivés trop tôt, que notre réservation ne couvrait que la nuit du samedi au dimanche matin 11 h et que nous devions partir, et que si nous souhaitions rester une nuit de plus, nous serions obligés de payer à nouveau. Nous avons refusé et avons procédé au règlement. Je suis très insatisfait et déçu, car nous avons fait six heures de route pour un mariage familial et avons été expulsés plus tôt que prévu. Inacceptable. Je ne les recommanderais jamais. Horrible.

Toute était super sale, la toilette n’a jamais été lavé il avait de la marde coller sur la toilette, lorsque je me suis couché dans le lit une araignée a sortie des draps. On nous a changer de chambre mais l’autre était pareille. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

The room was full of spider webs and the room smelled like smoke. Had really old banged up chairs snd furniture. It’s basically a truck stop. Also someone staying at the hotel had their car stolen overnight. We will never ever stay there again

Our room was poorly cleaned. There was hair on the pillow on one of the beds. Stains on the top sheet that lookee like coffee. The floor in front of the armour was sticky and was likely from what ever was on the bedding. The wall sconce bulb was blown. The shade was not secure on the one lamp. The vending machine was empty. Ice machine was broken. Stains on most chairs in the bistro are stained. This should not be a refection on the staff at the desk. The gentlemen that checked me in was kind. All in all im pretty sad for a hotel i expect more from.

Was just an overnight stay while travelling home. It was the least amount of money on route. What needed to be clean was. Beds and bathroom were clean, beds were hard, walls could have used a wipe down. The whole property could use some talc.

The staff and room was great, easy off and on the highway. McDonald's is in the same parking lot. Breakfast was very simple toast, doughnuts cereal not the best but the coffee was fabulous. Good room and a good value.
