From the main room and kitchen, a spectacular 180° view of the water awaits you. The setting is soothing. Very welcoming, this unique house will be the ideal base for spending a memorable holiday and discovering the region under the best conditions, with family or friends.



Located in the countryside by the sea, this house will charm you with its unique location. Nestled in a garden with a lean-to, it comprises, on the ground floor, a comfortable living-dining room and a separate kitchen with sea view, a bedroom with bathroom, a laundry room and a WC.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, a study area and a second bathroom make up a cosy night space.

This house combines comfort, well-being and leisure. The ideal place to spend relaxed holidays with family or as a couple. It features a terrace with sea view and a circular stone table, with its own enclosed garden at the back of the building.



From the property, you directly access the sea through a private gateway. The house is located on the edge of the Étel River (ria). It is a charming place located about ten minutes by car from the town centres of Sainte-Hélène and Plouhinec. Étel, Belz, Port-Louis are nearby. It is a strategic location to discover the Étel River, the Little Sea of Gâvres, Quiberon Bay, and the Gulf of Morbihan.

The Étel Ria is one of the pearls of Morbihan. This stretch of sea within the land offers a spectacular panorama from the bank or from a boat. It is a small corner of paradise renowned for its famous house with blue shutters in Saint Cado, a true postcard of the Brittany region.

Quiberon Bay is one of the sunniest places in France, an ideal base for surfing and other water sports. The large white sandy beaches of Erdeven also delight sailing enthusiasts. The Quiberon Peninsula offers you its spectacular landscapes, including the Wild Coast sites and fine sandy beaches. You thus have a choice of 17 beaches to meet all your desires: rocks, fine sand, rock pooling, swimming, surfing, sailing, walks or lazing about... Embarkation for the offshore islands (Groix, Belle-Île, Houat, Hoëdic).
