The cottage, with a surface of 50m², is located on the ground floor of a villa equipped with a swimming pool, a hot tub and a fully equipped relaxation area. (Beach bed, sunbathing, barbecue). Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.
The accommodation has its own private pool.
The apartment benefits from a terrace with sunbathing and private pool. Interior spaces include:
• A living area open to both a kitchen and a terrace.
• A bedroom furnished with a King size bed with a flat screen TV and an air conditioner.
The bedroom benefits from a bathroom with corner bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery.
The common area, very popular, has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom-wc, a large dining table and a bar overlooking the pool. The space of your private pool is ideal for sunbathing at your convenience .... in peace.
The site has three homes, listed "es" t (cottage sugar cane) and "west" (cottage soursop) of the villa. A common area is shared (main pool and lounge bar which is close to the pool.
The owners live on the first level of the villa with their children. It is possible to share a moment of conviviality around the cottage according to their availability.
Possibility to rent the two cottages if you travel in groups.
We provide linens: sheets, towels and bath, kitchen towels.
We invite our visitors to smoke outside.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a hot tub, a terrace, and barbecue grills. This cottage also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
