Lovers of wood for its noble and warm character, the owners have given it a place of honor both inside and out: pine framework, exposed beams, and a deck of over 200 m². Wide open to the outdoors and facing the Caribbean Sea, the entire villa exudes a gentle way of life. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be impressed by its welcoming ambiance, perfectly aligned with the serene spirit of the island. Charming and enchanting, it invites you to dream and escape.

Facing the sea, the centerpiece consists of a fully equipped American-style kitchen and a living room.
Villa Goyave features three simple yet comfortable bedrooms.
In the master bedroom, which opens onto the terrace, you’ll find a king size bed topped with a mosquito net. Adjacent to the bedroom are a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a corner bathtub.
The second bedroom, decorated in soft tones, is equipped with on queen size bed.
The third bedroom, smaller in size, is a children’s room furnished with a single bed and a trundle bed.
These two bedrooms share an ethnic-style shower room featuring mosaic tiles topped with an animal frieze. Two glass basins rest on a wooden cabinet.
