This villa with its superb infinity pool is located on the heights of Sainte-Luce in a quiet residential area.
With three air-conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, it can accommodate up to six people.

The open and fully equipped kitchen gives easy access to the large covered terrace where you will find a dining room where you can take your meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.

Upstairs, a mezzanine with TV invites you to rest.

The pretty infinity pool overlooking the Marin Bay and the Carbet next door promise you a relaxing stay and the opportunity to admire the sunsets.

The space right next to the villa allows you to park up to two cars.

When leaving the airport Aimé Césaire, take the N5 towards Sainte-Anne / Le Marin and continue for approximately 20 km towards Sainte-Luce.
Take the exit to Sainte-Luce and turn left directly at the junction to join the D17 / Rue Jean Jaurès. Follow this street for 2.5 km until you arrive at "Quartier Jacques".
Turn left into the street. You will find the villa Palmier Rouge at the very end of the street, on your right handside on a slope.

As a guest of this villa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
