La Bergerie at Ferme de la Baconnerie – 4 Bedrooms, Near D-Day Beaches

Ferme de la Baconnerie is located in Ste Marguerite d'Elle, just 20 km from the D-Day beaches. The property features four independent character houses with private enclosed gardens, all rated 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, plus a reception hall. The accommodations include La Bergerie (4 bedrooms), La Laiterie (5 bedrooms), La Charetterie (5 bedrooms), and La Cidrerie (7 bedrooms), offering a total of 44 beds. The reception hall, L’Étable, can seat up to 50 guests.



La Bergerie is a spacious, restored stone house with 4 bedrooms, a private enclosed garden, barbecue, outdoor furniture, and Wi-Fi. The house is suitable for guests with reduced mobility. A large, private, enclosed meadow next door serves as a play area. A public sports field is 150 m away, offering games like pétanque and basketball.



Cleaning, bed linen, and utilities are included from May 15 to October 15. Bath towels are available for an extra fee. Heating is provided by electric radiators.



Ground floor: entrance, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with sofa and armchairs, shower room with WC, and a double bedroom (140 cm bed) accessible for guests with reduced mobility. Upstairs: two bedrooms—one double (140 cm bed), one with two single beds (90 cm), shower room and WC. Attic: one bedroom with three single beds (90 cm), accessed from a first-floor bedroom.
