The living room of 20m² with television, coffee table and sofa, gives access to the terrace via its bay window.
The bedrooms are divided into two parts, the main house and the annexes:
In the main house, there is a parental bedroom of 16m ² with a bed of 160cm, a bathroom with just a shower, basin and a dressing.
In the corridor, a toilet, the laundry and a second bedroom of 9m ², this one for child or teens with a bunk bed in 90cm. There is no bathroom for this child room.
In the annexes, on the other side of the courtyard, is the third bedroom. It consists of a bathroom with sink, just a shower, and toilet. The bedding is a 90cm bunk bed and a 140 / 160cm bed. This room opens onto the pool.
The exterior of the house, facing south, has an entrance for bicycles, a wooden terrace with garden furniture, courtyard / summer kitchen with table, bench, sink and plancha.
The pool is secured by an electric shutter.
