House adjoining the owner's. On the ground floor: Living room with wood-burning stove (TV, Wi-Fi). Fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob, oven, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, freezer compartment). On the 1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200). Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190). Shower room with WC (shower). Washing machine. Oil central heating and electric convectors. Wood provided on request. All charges included except electric vehicle charging. Private unfenced garden. Gravelled courtyard at the back of the house. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Covered shelter. Parking. Sheets and towels provided. Cleaning service optional. Baby equipment on request (travel cot, high chair and bathtub). It is in the setting of this magnificent Cotentin farm (working dairy farm) that you will stay. The local white stone gives these buildings a certain charm. The location is peaceful and perfectly located near the beaches and famous D-Day landing sites.
